I/We consent to Smith Investment Group Pty Ltd trading as Vehicle.Lease collecting, using and disclosing my/our personal, financial and credit information for the purpose of assessing, arranging and managing finance, verifying my/our identity, complying with legal obligations and, where permitted by law, informing me/us of products and services that may be relevant to my/our finance requirements.

The personal information provided by me/us will be held by Smith Investment Group Pty Ltd trading as Vehicle.Lease. A copy of our Privacy Policy is available at www.vehicle.lease. The Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect personal information, how I/we may request access to or correction of that information, and how privacy complaints are managed.

Where you create an account with Vehicle.Lease, we will securely save your application, vehicle information and supporting data so you can continue your application at a later time.

The indicative repayment estimates and lender matches provided by Vehicle.Lease are indicative only and do not constitute a loan approval, credit offer or lending commitment. All finance remains subject to lender assessment, vehicle valuation, due diligence and formal credit approval.

If I/we do not provide the requested personal information, Vehicle.Lease may be unable to assess my/our application, arrange finance or provide the requested services.

Who we may disclose personal information to

We may disclose personal information about you to the following entities:

• persons who provide credit or other products or services to us, or to whom an application has been made for those products or services;
• identity verification providers, electronic verification services, fraud prevention providers and document verification providers used to verify identity and protect accounts;
• financial consultants, accountants, lawyers, and advisers;
• aggregation groups, software providers, cloud service providers, workflow automation providers and technology partners;
• any industry body, tribunal, court or otherwise in connection with any complaint;
• any person where required by law;
• any of your associates, related entities, or contractors (including printing/publication/mailing houses, IT service providers, cloud storage providers, lawyers/accountants);
• your referees, such as your employers, accountants or professional advisers, to verify information you have provided;

• vehicle registration authorities, the Personal Property Securities Register (PPSR), government agencies, vehicle valuation data providers and other organisations that assist us in verifying information or assessing applications.

Acknowledgement

I/We acknowledge that the information provided by me/us is true and correct to the best of my/our knowledge and that Vehicle.Lease may rely on this information when preparing indicative funding assessments and introducing my/our application to prospective lenders.
